Must play a higher card, if possible.
If you cant follow suit, you must play trumps
If you cant follow suit AND you cant play trumps, then you may play any card you
wish.

Simply, Tap the card you (Bottom Player) wish to Play following the rules.
You are always the bottom Player and your partner is the Top Player
